Refund Policy

Every product at The Tidy Study is a digital download (a printable PDF) delivered to your email. Because you receive your file straight away, here's how we handle refunds.

All sales are final

Once a file has been downloaded, we're unable to offer a refund, since digital products can't be returned. Please read the product description and preview before you buy so you know exactly what you're getting.

Something not right?

We want you to love your purchase. If your file won't download, arrives corrupted, or you were charged for the wrong item, email us at thetidystudy@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll make it right, with a working file or the correct product.

Billing

Purchases are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record. They appear on your statement and handle billing and applicable taxes.
